Clay and Gas Kiln Firing Charges
Independent Studio Users
Independent studio
users providing their own clay will be charged $4.25 per pound of post
glaze fired work. When buying their clay from the studio, independent
users have the cost of bisque and glaze fire costs included in the clay
price. The gas kiln and electric kilns are also available for larger
rentals.
Students Taking Classes
Students taking
classes receive one 25 lb. bag of clay free, which includes all
electric firing, gas firing, and glazing costs. Students may purchase
additional clay with no additional studio or firing costs.
