From the south (see map):

1. Take I-95 North.
2. Take exit 55 to merge onto Central St toward S.Byfield/Newbury       
3. Turn left onto Orchard St.   
4. Continue onto Middle Rd.

From the north (see map):

1. Take I-95 South.
2. Take exit 60 for MA-286 E toward Beaches
3. Merge onto Toll Rd.  
4. Continue onto US-1 S/Lafayette Rd
5. Follow US-1 S
6. At the traffic circle, continue straight onto US-1 S/Newburyport Turnpike     
7.  Turn right onto Middle Rd

From the west (see map):

1. Take I-495 North
2. Take exit 55 to merge onto MA-110 E/Macy St toward I-95 S/Salisbury/Boston
3. Continue to follow MA-110 E
4. Turn right onto US-1 S/Bridge Rd
5. Continue to follow US-1 S
6. At the traffic circle, continue straight onto US-1 S/Newburyport Turnpike     
7. Turn right onto Middle Rd
